“Native Land Court Act, 1880.”—Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Tawhai South Block.
Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, 25th August, 1892.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Taupo, on the 24th day of September, 1887, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Wineti Para-nihi and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made:
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Post-office, Taupo, from the 17th to the 30th day of September, 1892.
If any person is desirous of making objection to the boundaries of the said block as defined by the said plan, he must give notice thereof to the Registrar of the Court at Auckland, on or before the 7th day of October, 1892, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be hereafter notified.
