NOTICE is hereby given that THE J. B. PACE TOBACCO COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, and having its principal office at 179, Water Street, New York, United States of America, have applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—
