NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at High Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 5th day of September, 1892, for investigating the transactions relative to lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons having any objections to the said transactions are hereby notified to attend.
