Regulations for the Transmission of Delayed Telegrams.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of August, 1892.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred by “The Electric Lines Act, 1884,” His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council of the eighteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, making regulations for the transmission of delayed telegrams, in so far as the rates and charges for such transmission are concerned, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the regulations in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby order and declare that such regulations shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATIONS.
- THE charge for transmission of delayed telegrams shall be—
For the first eighteen words or less, including address and signature .. .. .. 0 6

- If any sum payable shall include the fraction of a penny, then one penny shall be payable in lieu of such fraction.

Constituting Districts under “The Factories Act, 1891.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of August, 1892.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by “The Factories Act, 1891” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time divide New Zealand, or any portion thereof, into such districts as he shall think fit, and notice of the constitution of every such district shall be given in the Gazette as occasion requires:
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby divide the portions of the said colony enumerated in the Schedule hereto into districts for the purposes of the said Act, the descriptions and boundaries whereof shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do hereby declare that for the purposes of the said Act each of such districts shall be known by the name set over the description of each such district respectively.
SCHEDULE.
COROMANDEL DISTRICT.
BOUNDED towards the south-east by the summit of part of the north-western watershed of Waiwhakaurunga River, by the nearest spur to the source of the Tararu Stream, by that stream to its intersection by a right line drawn from the north-east corner of Block 3794 to the northern corner of Karaka North No 1.; towards the south-west by that line, and again towards the south-east by said Block 3794 to the sea; towards the south-west, north, and north-east by the sea, and by the waters of Whangpoua Harbour to the extremity of the summit of the eastern watershed of Opitonui Stream; and generally towards the east by that summit, and by the main ridge over Puke Otahu, and by the summit of the East and West Coast dividing-range to the summit first mentioned near the source of Taitoko Stream: including Whanganui and adjacent islands.
MERCURY BAY DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the south-east generally by a line drawn due west from the coast to the most easterly corner of Whenuakite No. 2 Block, by the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of that block, and by a line along the summit of the range, passing over Tanehua and Whakairi Mountains; towards the west generally by the summit of the East and West Coasts dividing-range, and by the summit of the southern and eastern watersheds of Opitonui Stream to Whangapoua Harbour; and towards the north-west and east generally by the waters of Whangapoua Harbour, and by the sea to the right line first mentioned: including Great Mercury, Red Mercury, Kawitihu, and adjacent islands.
TAIRUA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north-west generally by the summit of the range dividing Whitianga and Tairua Harbours, by Whenuakite No. 2 Block to its most easterly corner, and thence by a line due east to the coast; towards the east generally by the sea; towards the south-east by the Otahu River to its source, and by a right line to Whakamoehau; and towards the south-west generally by a line passing along the ridge over Ngapuketura, Trig. Station 94, and Tauranikau to the summit first mentioned: including Slipper, Shoe, and adjacent islands.
OTAHUHU DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north generally by a road-line lying to the north-east of the Main South Railway-line at Penrose Junction, and bounding parts of Section No. 17, Waitemata Parish; thence by the road-line bounding Sections Nos. 33, 33c, 33B, 33A, and 31, Lots Nos. 40 and 39 of Section No: 1, and Lots Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 of Section No. 4 to Tamaki River; towards the east and north-west generally by the said river; towards the north-east generally by a creek running into the said river, and by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 49, 48, 120, 121, 64, 66, 111, 112, 118, 117, 99, and 115, Pakuranga Parish; towards the north-east and south-east by Maraetai Parish, and by a road intersecting Sections Nos. 134 and 164, and bounding Section No. 189, Pakurangi Parish, by Section No. 190 of said parish, by Papakura Stream, and by the waters of Pahurehure Inlet; towards the south-west, north-west, and again towards the south-west generally by the waters of Manukau Harbour, and by the Main South Railway-line, crossing the inlet at Buckland’s Grant, and continuing to the road-line first mentioned: including Puketutu Island.
WAIROA-PAPAKURA DISTRICT.
Bounded towards the north and north-west generally by Maraetai Parish; towards the north-east by the waters of Hauraki Gulf; towards the east by Wairoa River to Section No. 23, Wairoa Parish, across the said river, and again by that river to the eastern boundary-line of Urungahauhau Block No. 115, by that line and its production to Section No. 20, Block XII., Wairoa Survey District, by the north-eastern boundary-lines of that section and Sections Nos. 21 and 22, by a road-line bounding Section No. 22, Reserve 24, Sections Nos. 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of said Block XII.; towards the south-east generally by the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 30, to and across the Wairoa River, by that river and by Mangawheau Stream, to and by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 114, 112, 113, 106, 191, 159, 160, 211, 213, and continued on through Sections Nos. 49 and 50, by Sections Nos. 50 and 57, and by a road-line bounding Sections Nos. 57 and 56, all of Opaheke Parish, by Section No. 81, Karaka Parish, and by Sections Nos. 1 and 3, Pukekohe Parish; towards the west generally by Oira Stream, and by the waters of Manukau Harbour and its inlets to Papakura Stream; and again towards the north-west by that stream, by Section No. 65, Papakura Parish, and by a road-line bounding Section No. 189, and intersecting Sections Nos. 164 and 134, Pakuranga Parish: including the islands in Pahurehure Inlet of Manukau Harbour.

Fixing Price of Land in the Taranaki District set apart for Naval and Military and Volunteer Land Claims.
GLASGOW, Governor.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was, by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor, dated the twenty-sixth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirty-first day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, set apart for selection by the various holders of remission certificates issued under the authority of “The Naval and Military Settlers' and Volunteers' Land Act, 1891:”
Now, therefore, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the eighth section of the said Act, do hereby fix the price of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be the price stated in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,000 acres, more or less, situated in the Egmont Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the south-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 9, 10, and
