IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned lands will
be offered for disposal by public auction at the Lands
and Survey Office, Blenheim, on Tuesday, 23rd February,
1892, at noon:—

For Sale for Cash.

Linkwater Survey District.

Section 2, Block XVI.: Area, 47 acres 3 roods 14 perches.
Upset price, £24.
One-fifth of the purchase-money must be paid at the fall
of the hammer, and the balance, together with £1 Crown-
grant fee, within thirty days, or the payment at auction will
be forfeited.

PASTORAL LICENSES (under Part VI. of “The Land Act,
1885”).

Gore Survey District, East Bay, Queen Charlotte Sound,
Run No. 3: Estimated area, 100 acres; term, 5 years.
Upset annual rent, £3.
Wakamarina Survey District, Kaituna Valley, adjoining
Run 53: Estimated area, 900 acres; term, 10 years. Upset
annual rent, £3 15s.

under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Whanganui, on the 30th day of
January, 1892, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for investigating

time and place all persons interested in the said cases,
and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby noti-
fied to attend.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.

A SEPARATE Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is
now published fortnightly, containing all notices con-
cerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be
gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents,
expired letters patent, and other information useful to in-
ventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will
be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a special subscription of ten shillings per annum,
payable in advance to the Government Printer.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

A STATUTORY declaration of the loss of certificate of
title, Vol. cxxxix., folio 283, whereof JOHN GAR-
DINER is the registered Proprietor, having been lodged with
me, and an application having been made for the issue of a
provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall
issue the provisional certificate as requested at the expira-
tion of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette contain-
ing this notice.
