in the Land Districts of Auckland, Taranaki, Hawke's
Bay, Nelson, Marlborough, Canterbury, Otago, and South-
land, described in the Schedule hereunder written, for
the purposes in the said Schedule specified in each case
at the end of the description of the land so intended to be
temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 123 of the Parish of Matata, and contain-
ing approximately 4 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less.
Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 72 of the
Parish of Matata, 464 links; towards the east by a public
road, 695 links; towards the south by a public road, 625
links; and towards the west by a public road, 1015 links, to
the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. For a school-site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Sections Nos. 4, 8, 9, and 10, Block IX., Pakiri Survey
District, and containing by admeasurement 620 acres 1 rood,
more or less. Bounded towards the north generally by
Boulder Stream, by Section No. 11, Block IX., Pakiri Survey
District 916 links, by the crossing of a road 130 links, and
by a public road 2057, 1840, 956, 576, 384, 405, 374, 387, and
96 links; towards the north-east by Section No. 8, Block V.,
Pakiri Survey District, 3150 links; towards the south-east
by Pakiri No. 1 Block, 13817 links; towards the south-west
by a public road 2527 links, by Section No. 3, Block IX.
2635 links, by the crossing of a public road 100 links, and by
Section No. 3 aforesaid 520 links; and towards the west
generally by a public road, 551 and 125 links, to the point of
commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less;
save and except from the area hereinbefore described two
roads, 100 links wide, which intersect the said area, and also
Section No. 12, Block IX. aforesaid, proclaimed as a school-
site in the New Zealand Gazette No. 68, of the 28th No-
vember, 1890, page 1364. For an endowment for primary
education.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 110 of the Parish of Omaha, and contain-
ing by admeasurement 81 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the north by Section No. 109 of the Parish of
Omaha, 3610 links; towards the east by Sections Nos. 103
and 104 of the said parish, 2022 links; towards the south by
Section No. 110A of the said parish, 4450 links; and towards
the north-west by a public road, 390, 130, 520, 560, 120, 210,
230, and 190 links, to the point of commencement: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a forest reserve.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 110A of the Parish of Omaha, and con-
taining by admeasurement 512 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the north generally by a public road 230, 540, 760,
260, 485, 200, and 370 links, and by Section No. 110 of the
Parish of Omaha 4450 links; towards the east by Sections
Nos. 104 and 45 of the Parish of Omaha, 5060 links; towards
the south-east by Section No. 33 of the Parish of Mata-
kana, 9626 links; and towards the north-west by Section
No. 101 of the Parish of Matakana aforesaid, 8760 links, to the
point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. For a forest reserve.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 242, Parish of Waiuku East, and contain-
ing by admeasurement 25 acres 3 roods, more or less.
Bounded northerly by a public road, 2418.8 links; easterly
by a public road, 146.7 links; south-easterly by a drainage
reserve, 3067.3 links; and westerly by Section No. 241,
1982 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For
a quarry reserve.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Allotments Nos. 153, 154, 155, 156, and 157 of Section
No. 2 of the Town of Opotiki, and containing by admeasure-
ment 5 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by a
public road, 1000 links; towards the east by St. John Street,
500 links; towards the south by Ford Street, 1000 links; and
towards the west by Church Street, 500 links, to the point of
commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
For police purposes.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being
Section No. 156c of the Parish of Omaha, and containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less.
Bounded towards the north by Section No. 132 of the Parish
of Omaha, 405 links; towards the east and south generally by
Whangateau Harbour; and towards the west by Section No.
165A of the Parish of Omaha, and the abutment of a public
road, 1169 links, to the point of commencement: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. For a site for a cemetery.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, being
Section No. 156B of the Parish of Omaha, and containing
by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded
towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 156D and 156A of the
Parish of Omaha, 750 links; towards the south-east and

west generally by Whangateau Harbour; and towards the
north-west generally by Whangateau Harbour aforesaid, and
by a public road 443 links to the point of commencement:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school-
site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 156D of the Parish of Omaha, and con-
taining by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less. Bounded
towards the north-east and south-east by Section No. 156A of
the Parish of Omaha, 250 and 200 links respectively;
towards the south-west by Section No. 156B of the Parish of
Omaha, 250 links; and towards the north-west by a public
road, 200 links, to the point of commencement: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. For a site for a public hall.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 156A of the Parish of Omaha, and con-
taining by admeasurement 15 acres and 20 perches, more or
less. Bounded towards the north generally by a public road,
479, 136, and 603 links; towards the east by Section No. 156C
of the Parish of Omaha, 1069 links; towards the south by
Whangateau Harbour; towards the south-west by Section No.
156B of the Parish of Omaha, 500 links; towards the north-
west and again towards the south-west by Section No. 156D
of the Parish of Omaha, 200 and 250 links respectively;
and again towards the north-west by a public road, 942 links,
to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. For a public recreation-ground.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 116 of the Parish of Tatarariki, and con-
taining by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the north-east by Section No. 97A of the Parish of
Tatarariki, 979 links; towards the south-east and south-west
by Section No. 97 of the said parish, 500 and 1021 links
respectively; and towards the north-west by a public road,
502 links, to the point of commencement: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less. For a school-site.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being part of Section No. 3 of the Parish of Mangapai, and con-
taining by admeasurement 3 roods, more or less. Bounded
towards the north by a public road, 392 links; towards the
east by a public road, 192 links; and towards the south and
west by other portion of Section No. 3 of the Parish of Manga-
pai, 438 and 182 links respectively, to the point of commence-
ment: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a
site for a public hall.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
being Section No. 19, Block VII., Whangape Survey Dis-
trict, and containing by admeasurement 49 acres 3 roods
30 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-
east by Section No. 18, Block VII., Whangape Survey Dis-
trict, 3937 links; towards the south-east by Crown land,
1258 links; towards the south-west by Section No. 50,
Block VII. aforesaid, 4001 links; and towards the north-
west by a road, 1260 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. For an agricultural and pastoral society's show-
ground.

TARANAKI.

All that parcel of land in the Taranaki Land District,
containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being
Section No. 14, Block V., Opunake Survey District. Bounded
on the north by Section No. 20, 600 links; on the east by
the South Road, 333.5 links; on the south by Section No. 20,
600 links; on the west by Section No. 20, 333.5 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is de-
lineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief
Surveyor, New Plymouth. For a gravel reserve.

HAWKE'S BAY.

All that parcel of land in the Hawke's Bay Land Dis-
trict, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less,
being Section No. 12, Village of Tiniroto. Bounded on the
north by a public road, 400 links; on the east by Section
No. 11, 500 links; on the south by Sections Nos. 8, 1A, and
10, 400 links; on the west by Section No. 13 (School-site
Reserve), 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the
office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier. For a school-site.

All that parcel of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 25 perches,
more or less, being Section No. 39, Block XIV., Pohui Survey
District. Bounded on the north by a public road, 344.9 links;
on the east by Section No. 97, 30 links, and by a stream; on
the south by Section No. 38, 1532.5 links; on the north-west
by a public road, 1333.1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited
in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier. For a site for a
cemetery.

All that parcel of land in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
containing by admeasurement 12 acres and 25 perches,
more or less, being Section No. 97, Block XIV., Pohui Sur-
vey District. Bounded on the north by a public road, 1194.6
links; on the east by Section No. 40, 1160.1 links; on the
south by Section No. 38, 654.1 links; on the west by a stream
