Special Scale of Fares, Rates, and Charges for Traffic interchanged between Stations on the Greymouth Section of the New Zealand Government Railways and Stations on the New Zealand Midland Railway Company’s Railway, and for Local Traffic on the New Zealand Midland Railway Company’s Railway.
WHEREAS an agreement has been entered into between the New Zealand Railway Commissioners and the New Zealand Midland Railway Company (Limited), providing that trains and rolling-stock the property of the Company may be run upon the Government railway between Greymouth and Brunnerton, and that rolling-stock the property of the Commissioners may be run upon the railway the property of the Company:
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers conferred by “The Government Railways Act, 1887,” the New Zealand Railway Commissioners do hereby fix the following regulations and scale of fares, rates, and charges, in addition to the regulations and scale of fares, rates, and charges for the New Zealand Government Railways, to come into force on the twenty-fifth day of July, 1892, from which date all previous scales for traffic over the New Zealand Midland Railway Company’s Railway are declared to be hereby revoked.
The common seal of the New Zealand Railway Commissioners was hereunto affixed, this nineteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two, in the presence of
