IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the
matter of Sutherland’s Manure Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-
up of the above-named company by the Supreme
Court was, on the 2nd day of July, 1892, presented to the
Supreme Court at Dunedin by George Lawrence, of Dunedin,
Contractor, a creditor of the said company; and the said
petition is directed to be heard before Mr. Justice Williams,
at his Chambers, Supreme Courthouse, Dunedin, on Friday,
the 15th day of July, 1892, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the
said company under the above Act should appear at the hour
of hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and
a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the
undersigned, on payment of the authorised charge for the
same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
subsisting between us, the undersigned W. BARR and
R. W. BARR, both of Maheno, in the Colony of New Zealand,
Farmers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should
be made payable.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are
issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.
A SEPARATE Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is
now published fortnightly, containing all notices con-
cerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be
gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents,
expired letters patent, and other information useful to in-
ventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will
be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a special subscription of ten shillings per annum,
payable in advance to the Government Printer.
