Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 30th day of July, 1892.

  1. JOHN WALKER.—Parts of Sections 24 and 25, Right Bank, Wanganui District. In occupation of Applicant.

  2. EMILY SUSANNAH TILLEY.—6 acres 1 rood 15 perches, Section 9, Wainui District (Paikakariki). In occupation of Charles Slight.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

IN the matter of Lease from THE AUCKLAND AGRICULTURAL COMPANY (LIMITED) to ROSE HAWKINS, of Lot 8, Section 69, of the subdivision of Allotments 34, 35, and others, Section 8, of the Suburbs of Auckland, registered as No. 1049 in the District Land Registry Office, Auckland.—Notice of re-entry and determination of above lease, on the ground of non-payment of rent, will be entered on the register, on the application of the above-named Lessor, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged with the District Land Registrar on or before the 30th day of July, 1892.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.

NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.

A SEPARATE Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is now published fortnightly, containing all notices concerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent, and other information useful to inventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on payment of a special subscription of ten shillings per annum, payable in advance to the Government Printer.
