Settlers’ and Volunteers’ Land Act, 1891.”

Auckland, 18th May, 1892.

IT is hereby notified, in terms of “The Naval and Military
Settlers’ and Volunteers’ Land Act, 1891,” that the
under-mentioned sections will be open for application by
holders of remission certificates under the above Act, on and
after Wednesday, the 6th July, 1892, at the District Land
and Survey Office, Auckland.

A holder of remission certificate may select any allotment
the cash price whereof does not exceed in amount the sum
of money to be remitted under such certificate, and, with
his application for such allotment, shall deposit his remis-
sion certificate. Where more than one application for the
same allotment is made on the same day, priority of choice
shall be decided between the applicants by lot. Applica-
tions to be made at this office between the hours of 10 a.m.
to 1 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

feited Deferred Payments, Rural, and Town Lands.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned pas-
toral licenses, small grazing-run leases, forfeited
deferred payments, rural, and town lands will be submitted
to public auction at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, on
Friday, the 15th July, 1892, at 11.30 a.m. :—

PASTORAL LICENSES, UNDER PART VI. OF “ THE LAND ACT,
1885.”

Run 39, Lake County ; about 340 acres ; term, ten years.
Upset rental, £5 per annum. Situated on the opposite side
of the Arrow River from Arrowtown, about 119 miles from
Dunedin.

Earnslaw District, Sections 60 to 67, Block II., and
Glenorchy District, Sections 38, 40, and 41, Block I.
(grouped), Lake County ; about 554 acres ; term, seven
years. Upset rental, £1 per annum.
