NOTICE is hereby given that HANS PETER RASSMUSSEN,
of Sydney, New South Wales, Professor of Medical
Botany, has applied to register, under "The Patents,
Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889," the trade-mark of
which the following is a representation:—

The applicant claims, as the essential particulars of this
trade-mark, the general design, the distinctive name printed
in a distinctive manner in combination with the word
"Alfaine," and he disclaims any right to the exclusive use
of the other printed matter.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-
mark shall apply.

Pills for human use.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicant
desires the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 3.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this
Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition
to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable
with such notice.
