Lease of Block VI., Ngaere Survey District, for Sale by Auction.

IT is hereby notified that a lease of the under-mentioned land for a term of fourteen years, from the 1st August, 1892, will be offered by auction, at this office, at noon, on Saturday, the 9th July, 1892.
Full particulars respecting the land may be obtained on application at this office.

“Native Land Court Act, 1880.”—Notice of Time and Place for inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.—Mohakatino-Parininihi Nos. 1 and 3 Blocks.

WHEREAS at a Court held at New Plymouth on the 12th day of January, 1884, orders were made respecting the aforesaid block of land that the names of certain Natives should be registered as the owners thereof, and that certificates of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made :
Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse, Otorohanga, from the 28th day of June till the 12th day of July, 1892.
If any person is desirous of making objections to the boundaries of the said blocks as defined by the said plan, he must send notice thereof to the Registrar of the Court at Auckland on or before the 15th day of July, 1892, stating the grounds of his objection. All such objections will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court to be held at Otorohanga on the 19th day of July, 1892.
