Mining Notices.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the Miranda Coal and Iron Company (Limited), in liquidation.
NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above company will be held at the office of the Liquidators, No. 14, Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of August, 1892, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, to receive the account of the Liquidators, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to pass an extraordinary resolution directing the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators.

THE MATAKITAKI GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Dunedin on the 3rd day of June, 1892, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the same meeting the undersigned THOMAS CALLENDER was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the said winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned FREDERICK BANKS, HUGH PERCY MURRAY-AYNSLEY, FULBERT ARCHER, CLARENCE SHIRREFF BAYARD HILTON, and RODERICK PRYOR, carrying on business as Merchants, Stock and General Commission Agents, at Christchurch, New Zealand, under the style or firm of “Miles and Company,” and at Timaru, New Zealand, under the style or firm of “Miles, Archer, and Company,” was on the 31st day of March, 1892, dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said Hugh Percy Murray-Aynsley, who retired from the said partnership.
All debts due to or owing by the late partnership will be received and paid by the said Frederick Banks, Fulbert Archer, Clarence Shirreff Bayard Hilton, and Roderick Pryor, who will continue the said business under the same styles or firms of “Miles and Company,” at Christchurch, and “Miles, Archer, and Company,” at Timaru.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between EPHRAIM TOOMER and HENRY WILLIAM TOOMER, as Boot Manufacturers, under the style or firm of “Toomer Brothers and Co.,” has been dissolved as and from the 19th day of May, 1892, and that the business will in future be carried on by the said Henry William Toomer alone, under the style of “Toomer Brothers and Co.,” and he will receive all debts due to the firm, and will pay all liabilities.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Flemington Cheese, Butter, and Bacon Factory Company (Limited), held at the company’s registered office at Flemington on the 3rd day of May, 1892, and at a subsequent general meeting held at the said office on the 6th day of June, 1892, the following special resolution was duly passed and confirmed, namely: “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that the Directors of the company be the Liquidators, with a continuance of their powers as Directors; and that Mr. J. C. Duncan, of Ashburton, be added to their number as a Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at a general meeting of the Globe Newspaper and Publishing Company (Limited), held in the Trades Hall, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 25th day of May, 1892, at 8 o’clock p.m., the following resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
At the same meeting Messrs. FREDERICK THURGARLAND and JOHN ANDREW MILLAR were appointed Liquidators of the company.
