Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall be null and void.
Plans may be inspected, and schedules and all information obtained, at this office, and at the County Council Office, Stratford.

The term of lease will be seven years, subject to the right of the Crown to terminate it by a year's notice if the land is required by Government for any purpose. The lessee will have the right of occupying and using the land for grazing purposes, but will be prohibited from cropping the same.
