OTAGO.

All that parcel of land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 397 acres, more or less, being part of Section No. 12, Block XI., and Section No. 2, Block XII., Maniototo Survey District. Bounded generally towards the north by ordinary flood-level, 158 chains; towards the south-east by Taieri Lake, 43 chains; and towards the south-west by main channel of Taieri River, 132 chains: be all the aforesaid measurements more or less. For a public recreation-ground.

The islands in the Colony of New Zealand, situated on the west coast of Otago, known as Lloyd Island, Anxiety Island, Secretary Island, Banza Island, Elizabeth Island, Towing Island, Breaksea Island, Gilbert Island, Entry Island, Resolution Island, Anchor Island, Petrel Island, Parrot Island, Pigeon Island, Seal Island, Norman’s Island, Indian Island, Long Island, Cooper Island, Front Island, Shag Island, Chalky Island, Passage Islands, Great Island, Coal Island, Steep-to Island, and the islands adjacent thereto. For public recreation-grounds.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

Fixing Sittings of the District Court at Naseby.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District Court of Timaru and Oamaru, for civil and criminal business, shall be held as follows:—

TIMARU AND OAMARU DISTRICT.

In the Courthouse, Naseby, for civil and criminal business, on the 30th June and 3rd November, 1892.

Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the first day thereafter not being a holiday.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the third section of “The Land Act Amendment Act, 1887” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection, after the lapse of a period of not less than forty-five days from the date of the first public notification hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, in the manner and upon the conditions mentioned in the said Act, and at the price per acre stated in the said Schedule.
