Pursuant to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in the forty-fourth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1880,” the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

Crown Lands Notices.
Lands taken for Roads by the Marlborough Land Board.

Blenheim, 3rd May, 1892.
The following resolution, passed by the Marlborough Land Board on the 2nd May, 1892, taking roads through the pastoral leasehold lands held by Alexander Wighton Ingles and Henry Anthony Ingles, is published for general information:—
Resolved, That, in pursuance of section 87 of “The Marlborough Waste Lands Act, 1867,” and of every other power enabling them in that behalf, the Marlborough Land Board doth hereby take the following-mentioned lands, being portions of the Kincaid Run, Mount Fyffe Survey District, held under pastoral lease by Alexander Wighton Ingles and Henry Anthony Ingles, for public roads, viz. :—
All that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, being a strip of land, 100 links in width, commencing at a public road at the south-east corner of Section 49, Kincaid Run, and running generally in a north-westerly direction in lines 4243·6 and 2929·3 links respectively, and in a north-easterly direction from the end of the first-mentioned line to the Hapuka River.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 1 perch, more or less, being a strip of land, 100 links in width, running along the south-western boundary of Sections 36, 37, and 64, Kincaid Run.
As the same are more particularly shown on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim.

Lease of Reserves to be sold at Auction.
District Land and Survey Office,
Christchurch, 16th May, 1892.
It is hereby notified, in terms of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” that the leases of the under-mentioned reserves will be offered for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the 5th July, 1892, at 11 o’clock a.m. Three months’ rent to the 1st October, 1892, must be paid on the fall of the hammer. The term of lease will in each case be for seven years, subject to the right of the Crown to terminate each lease by a year’s notice if the land is required by the Government for any purpose:—
Reserve 61, situated at Adderley Head, Port Lyttelton; area, 323 acres; upset annual rental, £40 7s. 6d. Access to this reserve can only be obtained by water. The land occupied by the Lyttelton Harbour Board’s pilot-station in Little Port Cooper, the site of the look-out house on the head, and right-of-way between the two are reserved from lease.
Cemetery Reserve, No. 62A, at Camp Bay, Port Lyttelton; area, 30 acres; upset annual rental, £3 15s. The lessee will be required to fence off the graves on the point within the reserve.
The lessees will have the right of occupying and using the lands for grazing purposes, but will be prohibited from cropping the same.

It is hereby notified, in terms of “The Land Act, 1885,” that the under-mentioned section will be offered for lease by public auction, at the Land Office, Christchurch, on Wednesday, the 29th June, 1892, at 11 a.m. :—

This section is situated at Coutts Island, about a quarter of a mile east of the post-office of that name.
The lease will be from year to year, subject to the right of the Crown to resume possession, on six months’ notice, should the land be required by the Government for any purpose.
