Special Order made by Waitaki County Council.—Merging Waitaki Road District.

THE following special order, made by the Waitaki County Council, is published in accordance with “The Counties Act, 1886.”

SPECIAL ORDER.

That the petition of the ratepayers of Waitaki Road Board be received, and that the Waitaki Road Board be abolished, and the Waitaki Road District merged in the Waitaki County Council, on and after the 2nd May, 1892.

The above special order was made by the Waitaki County Council on the 23rd March, 1892, and confirmed on the 27th April, 1892.

I certify that the above special order has been duly made.

Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the under-mentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, namely:—

Port of Invercargill.

The warehouse known as

SHEFFIELD’S BOND,

as appointed and described in Commissioner’s Order No. 376, of the 7th July, 1890.

Approving and appointing a Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the powers in me for this purpose vested by “The Customs Laws Consolidation Act, 1882,” I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned warehouse to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond, namely:—

Port of Invercargill.

A brick and concrete building roofed with iron, situate on part of Section 18, Block IX., Esk Street, Invercargill, to be known as

SHEFFIELD’S BOND.
