DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by DONALD MCDONALD and JAMES MILLER, under the style of “McDonald and Miller,” at Green Island, near Dunedin, in the Colony of New Zealand, in the trade or business of Ham and Bacon Curers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between JOHN PÜSCHEL and CARL PÜSCHEL as Wool-scourers, trading under the style or firm of “J. and C. Püschel,” at Avonside, near Christchurch, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in the future be carried on by the said Carl Püschel, on his own account.

WE beg to inform the inhabitants of Gore and surrounding district that we have this day sold the business known as the “Federal Ironmongery Company” to Messrs. G. F. Trew and Co., on whose behalf we solicit a continuance of the patronage bestowed in the past.
As we have also sold the book-debts to the above firm, we request that all accounts owing to us in connection with this business be paid to G. F. Trew and Co., whose receipt will be sufficient discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” it is the intention of the Upper Mahurangi Road Board to take land for a public road, 1 chain wide, through the following properties: Lot 11 Parish of Kourawhero; Lots 76 and 77, Parish of Mahurangi.
Plans showing line of proposed road lie open for inspection at the office of the Board, Warkworth.
The works proposed to be executed are clearing, forming, and culverts.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to me,—
