NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Wellington, on the 28th day of May, 1892, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

The term of lease will in each case be for seven years, subject to the right of the Crown to terminate each lease as to all or any portion of the land comprised therein by one month’s notice if the land is required for planting purposes, and by twelve months’ notice if required for any other purpose.
The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
The lessees will have the right of occupying and using the lands for grazing purposes, but will be prohibited from cropping the same.
Tenders must be accompanied by marked cheques or post-office orders for six months’ rent to the 1st October, 1892, at the rate offered, and be enclosed in an envelope addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Christchurch, and marked “Tender for Reserve No ..”
Deposit to be for amount of rent due to the 1st October, 1892, and thereafter to be paid half-yearly in advance on the 1st April and 1st October in each year.
No claim shall be made on, nor shall any be recognised by, the Crown for the value of any improvements effected upon the reserves by the lessees.
