NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Wellington, on the 3rd day of May, 1892, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

Rehearing Notice.—Mangaohane.

Wellington, 12th April, 1892.
NOTICE is hereby given that a rehearing has been ordered by the Chief Judge, to be heard at such time and place as may be hereafter appointed, in respect of the investigation of the title of that part of the Mangaohane Block which has been named by the Court Mangaohane or Mangaohane No. 2, that is to say, as to that part which is bounded on or towards the north by the part of the said Mangaohane Block which has been named by the Court Mangaohane No. 1, and on or towards the south by the line which was laid down by the Court as the southern boundary of the portion adjudicated upon for the purpose of determining whether Rena Maikuku, and any other persons who may allege that they are interested therein under the same ancestral and occupational claims as are put forward by the said Rena Maikuku, ought to be declared entitled, according to Native custom, to a share or interest in the said part of the said Mangaohane Block, named Mangaohane or Mangaohane No. 2:
Upon the terms and subject to the conditions following, that is to say, that the said Rena Maikuku, and all other persons who may allege as aforesaid, shall file in the office of the Registrar of the Court in Wellington, on or before the 1st day of June, 1892, a statement in writing giving particulars of the ground upon which their claim is based, and the names of all persons by whom or on whose behalf such claim is made; and that the sum of £50 shall, on or before the said 1st day of June, be deposited with the said Registrar by the said Rena Maikuku, as security for the costs of the rehearing.
Notice is hereby further given that a rehearing has been refused by the Chief Judge as to the residue of the said Mangaohane Block; and that the application of Te Rina Meta for a rehearing has been dismissed.
