Section 35A contains about 3,753,000ft. of kauri; 35B, contains 1,014,000ft. dead kauri and 3,072,000ft. green kauri; 35C contains 1,596,000ft. dead kauri-timber and 1,347,000ft. green kauri. The timber can be got out down the Waionepu to the Wairoa, or tramway laid to Otaika or Mangapai.

Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee, within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall be null and void.

Plans may be seen at the local post-offices and at this office.

Sale of Lease of Small Grazing-run.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned small grazing-run will be offered for lease by public auction, at the Land Office, Auckland, on Thursday, the 9th June, 1892, at 11 a.m., in terms of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885:”—

Run No. 12, situated in Blocks V., VI., and X., Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County. Area, 2,170 acres. Upset annual rent, £20.

Description: Inferior soil, covered with fern, tea-tree, and light bush; situated at Waikare Inlet, Bay of Islands, and between the Waikare and Waikino Inlets.

Possession will be given on day of sale.

The purchaser will be required to hand to the auctioneer the declaration required by section 200 of “The Land Act, 1885,” and to pay the first half-year’s rent from the 1st September, 1892, and lease- and registration-fees (£1 11s.) on the fall of the hammer.

IT is hereby notified, in terms of “The Land Act, 1885,” that the under-mentioned section will be offered for sale by public auction, for cash, at this office, on Friday, the 17th June next, at 12 o’clock noon:—

ASHBURTON COUNTY.—WESTERFIELD SURVEY DISTRICT.

This section is situated immediately below the high terrace on the south-west side of the south branch of the Ashburton River. It has frontage on the Shepherd’s Bush Road, about one and three-quarter miles north-east of the Westerfield Railway-station, and is distant about eight miles in a north-westerly direction from the Town of Ashburton. The section comprises soil of fair quality, but is liable to flood.

A deposit of one-fifth of the purchase-money shall be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, together with a Crown-grant fee of £1, within thirty days thereafter, or the deposit will be forfeited and the sale cancelled.

There are no restrictions or limitations incumbent upon purchasers of cash lands at auction.
