NOTICE is hereby given that WALTHER STAERKER AND OTTO FISCHER, trading as "Staerker and Fischer," of No. 45, York Street, Sydney, New South Wales, and at Leipzig, Germany, Importers, have applied to register, under "The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks, 1889," the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

The applicants claim, as the essential particulars of this trade-mark, the device of the diamond and the characteristic signature, and disclaim any right to the exclusive use of the other printed matter.
