WHEREAS a declaration by SAMUEL WHITAKER HARDY, the present registered Proprietor, of the destruction by fire of certificate of title, Vol. xxvi., folio 39, issued to CHRISTIAN PETER JOHNSON, for 48½ acres, part of Section 35, of Block II., Ruataniwha District, has been lodged, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
