PHILLIPS, trading as “S. Cox and Co.,” of 422,
Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Agents, have applied to
register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act,
1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representa-
tion:—

The applicants claim, as the essential particular of this
trade-mark, the representation, and disclaim any right to
the exclusive use of the added matter except the word
“Solomon” and their name and address.

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-
mark shall apply.

Cattle medicines.

Class of Goods in connection with which the Applicants
desire the Trade-mark to be registered.

Class No. 2.

Any person may, within two months of the date of this
Gazette, give notice, in duplicate, at this office, of opposition
to the registration of the trade-mark. A fee of £1 is payable
