PERSEVERANCE GOLD-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).
A T an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held
at the company's office, Queen Street, Auckland, on
the 3rd February, 1892, it was resolved, "That the company
be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. William Gray be ap-
pointed Liquidator."
A special meeting was called for the 20th February to
confirm the above; but it lapsed, as did also the adjourn-
ment on the 27th.

Land Transfer Act Notices.
A STATUTORY declaration of the destruction by fire of
certificate of title, Vol. xcv., folio 97, whereof DAVID
SHAW, ANGUS MACDONALD, and ROBERT IRVINE
are the registered Proprietors, having been lodged with me,
and an application having been made for the issue of a
provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I
shall issue the provisional certificate of title as requested at
the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
