The applicant claims, as the essential particulars of this trade-mark, the device or representation of Titan, holding in his left hand a boiler suspended over a fire, and the word “Titan;” and disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the words “Patent Soap,” and the words “Manufactured by the.”
