the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amend-
ment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will,
under the authority and for the purposes of the said
Acts, hold a Court at Whanganui, on the 12th day of March,
1892, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for investigating the
cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time
and place all persons interested in the said cases, and hav-
ing objections to the said dealings, are hereby notified to
attend.

IT is hereby notified that the block of land described here-
under has been set apart for selection under the home-
stead system:—

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District,
situate in Block VII., Opuawhanga Survey District, and con-
taining by admeasurement 270 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the north by a right line running parallel to and at
a distance of 3300 links from the northern boundary of Sec-
tion 11 of Block VII., Opuawhanga Survey District, 7050
links ; towards the east by a right line being the production
in a northerly direction of the eastern boundary of the last-
named section, 3300 links; towards the south by said Section
11, 3000 links; again towards the east by the same section,
1186 links; again towards the south by Section 21 of the
same block, 2651 links; again towards the east by the same
section, 1320 links; and towards the west generally by a
stream to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.
