Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Wellington, 4th February, 1892.
COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. is payable with such notice:—
No. 4899.—16th March, 1891.—EDWARD GRAVE, of Tyne Street, Oamaru, New Zealand, Sailmaker and Ship-chandler. An invention for the economical and comfortable covering of horses, to be called “Grave’s Patent Atlas Durable Waterproof Self-adjusting Horse-cover.” (Specification, 2s. ; drawings, 3s.)*
No. 5263.—3rd November, 1891.—JOHN MOFFAT, of Irvinebank, Queensland, and Bridge Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Tin-smelter, and WILLIAM WRIGHT VIRTUE, of Bridge Street, Sydney aforesaid, Engineer. An invention for improvements in machines for grinding and sharpening shearing combs and cutters, and certain other tools and instruments. (Specification, 10s. 6d. ; drawings, 15s.)
