Setting apart Land in Otago for Leasing as Small Graz-
ing-runs under “The Land Act, 1892.”

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, David, Earl of Glasgow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable David, Earl of Glasgow; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of December, 1892.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the first section of “The Mount Ida Water-race Act, 1892,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby notify that, on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three, “The Mount Ida Water-race Act, 1892,” shall come into operation.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of December, 1892.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section five of “The Railways Authorisation and Management Act, 1891,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare the Kaihu Valley Railway to be vested in the New Zealand Railway Commissioners appointed under “The Government Railways Act, 1887,” as provided in the said first-mentioned Act; and doth also order and declare that this present Order in Council shall take effect on and after the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.
