MASTERTON ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Board of the Masterton Road District to take, under the provisions of "The Public Works Act, 1882," the several parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public road. A plan of the said lands is deposited at the office of the Board, Hall Street, Masterton, for inspection during office-hours; and all persons affected by the taking of the said lands are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections thereto, and to send such writing to the said Board within forty days from the first publication of this notice.
