APPLICATION having been made to me to register a mortgage from MERI HOTERENEI TAIPARI to FREDERICK EARL, of Auckland, Solicitor, over a block of land called or known by the name of Karaka South No.1, and numbered 2597, situate in the District of Hauraki, being the land comprised in Crown grant, Vol. iii., folio 279, and reasonable cause given for not producing the said Crown grant, I hereby give notice that I shall register the said mortgage, and dispense with the production of the said Crown grant, under section 38 of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office on or before the 7th day of January, 1892.

I, WILLIAM FORSAITH BAUCHOP, Licentiate of the Royal Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons, Edinburgh, now residing at Port Chalmers, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, hereby give notice that is my intention to apply to you, on the 20th day of January, 1892, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have deposited my evidence of qualification for public inspection with the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages at Dunedin.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.

For statements under the Mining Act the charge is 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
