Trustee appointed for the Kihikihi Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

HENRY MONCRIEFF,
JAMES CLARK, and
MICHAEL DALTON DINNEEN

to be Trustees, in the place of William Corboy, James
Farrell, Arthur C. Elmsley, and Robert Cockerline, to pro-
vide for the maintenance and care of the Kihikihi Public
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed
by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
on the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-one.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-seventh day of November, one thou-
sand eight hundred and ninety-one.

Trustees for the Takapuna (Auckland) Cemetery appointed.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

ALEXANDER BRUE and
GIDEON JACK

to be Trustees, in the place of Thomas Buddle and Thomas
Hilditch, to provide for the maintenance and care of the
Takapuna Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the thirteenth day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-one.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-seventh day of November, one thou-
sand eight hundred and ninety-one.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

Weights and Measures Act, 1868," for the County of Buller
and for the Borough of Westport, vice Constable J. Robinson;
and also to appoint

Sergeant CHARLES FRASER

to be Inspector of Weights and Measures, under the said Act,
for the County of Westland and for the Borough of Hoki-
tika, vice Constable Barrett.
