NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned forfeited deferred-payment sections, which have been submitted to public auction and not sold, will be open for application, at the Land Offices, Christchurch and Timaru, on Wednesday, the 30th December, 1891, under village-allotment deferred-payment conditions:—
AROWHENUA VILLAGE SETTLEMENT.
Lots 703 and 821, each ¼ acre; total price, £10 per section. The term of license is for five years. A deposit of £1 for the first half-year’s instalment is payable at the time of application. Residence is compulsory after the lapse of six months, for four years from the date of the license. Part of the area must be cultivated, and £2 10s. spent on improvements, in terms of the Land Act.
Full particulars can be obtained at the aforesaid offices.
