NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned as Merchants trading in partnership at Blenheim, New Zealand, under the style or firm of “Holmes and Bell,” and at 14, Milton Street, London, E.C., under the style or firm of “Bell and Holmes,” expired by effluxion of time this day; and the same partnership is hereby dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of October, 1891.
