Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-mentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate, of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of 10s. should accompany such notice:—

No. 4877.—3rd March, 1891.—WILLIAM BETTY, of Masterton, New Zealand, Road Overseer. An invention for a pendulum-lever for lessening the power required to work a force or other pump. (Specification, 1s.; drawings, 3s.)*
