ALFREDTON ROAD DISTRICT.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Alfredton Road Board to take the under-noted land for the purposes of a public road. Plans of the said road and of the lands so required to be taken are deposited at the office of the Board at Alfredton, and are open for inspection on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public road or the taking of the said lands must set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Chairman of the Board.
