Reservation of Land removed and ordered to be sold.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the second section of "The Public
Reserves Sale Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of
Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby declare and direct that the lands enumerated in the
Schedule hereto shall cease to be reserved, and that the
same shall be sold and disposed of under the provisions of
section ninety-five of "The Land Act, 1885."

Trustees appointed for the Oxford Cemetery.

vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
F. A. WATERMAN and
WILLIAM MITCHELL
to be Trustees, in the place of W. F. Pearson and F. Luers,
deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the
Oxford Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the twenty-second day of November, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty.

this tenth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority con-
ferred by "The New Zealand Loan Act, 1863," and of
all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WESTBY BROOK PERCEVAL, Esquire,
to be a person to receive and invest the interest and sinking
fund mentioned in and referred to by section nine of the
said Act, and therein to act in conjunction with any other
person or persons appointed and acting under the said Act
for the purposes aforesaid.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, this
twelfth day of October, one thousand eight hun-
dred and ninety-one.

Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the
eighth section of "The Justices of the Peace Act
Amendment Act, 1888," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
notify and declare that the persons named in the Schedule
hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under
"The Post Office Act, 1881," at the places set opposite their
names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorised to
take and receive statutory declarations under the two
hundred and thirty-fourth section of "The Justices of the
Peace Act, 1882,"

DAVID DOUGLAS, of Papanui, Christchurch, and
GEORGE HENRY WRIGHT, of Kaiapoi, Canterbury,
have been appointed Officers for the purposes of that Act
for that part of the Provincial District of Canterbury to the
north of and including the Rakaia River, and for the
Counties of Amuri, Cheviot, and Kaikoura, and for the
waters of the Clarence River which are within the County of
Marlborough.

to be a Member of the Thames Harbour Board, the Piako
County Council having, on the second Monday in the month
of February last, neglected to elect a member of the said
Board as required by "The Thames Harbour Board Act,
1890."
