NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 23rd day of September, 1891, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing one hundred new shares of ten pounds each, in addition to the one hundred and eighty-seven shares now existing in the company.

THE PACIFIC ISLANDS PUBLISHING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held on the 30th day of November, 1891, at 12 o’clock noon, at the company’s office, Panama Street, Wellington, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
