Notice of Acceptance of Complete Specifications.

Patent Office,
Wellington, 20th August, 1891.

COMPLETE specifications relating to the under-men-
tioned applications for Letters Patent have been ac-
cepted, and are open to public inspection at this office.
Any person may, at any time within two months from the
date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate,
of opposition to the grant of any such patent, stating in
such notice the particular grounds of his objection. A fee of
10s. is payable with such notice:—

No. 5123.—5th August, 1891.—AUGUSTUS HARPER RAIGUEL
GUILLEY, of South Easton, Pennsylvania, United States of
America, Physician and Surgeon. An invention for improve-
ments in electrical block-systems for railways. (Specification,
£1 17s. 6d.; drawings, £2.)

131, William Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Patent Agent

Seaman. An invention entitled "Curtis's Non-mercurial

for an improved refrigerating-machine for ice-making and

Street, Dunedin, New Zealand, Bootmaker. An invention

No. 5136.—11th August, 1891.—CHARLES EDWIN HAY-
WARD, of Auckland, New Zealand, Settler. An invention
for a ventilated and fly-proof cover for meat and other
perishable articles. (Specification, 2s. 6d.; drawings, 3s.)

No. 5138.—18th August, 1891.—GEORGE SELWYN SUISTED,
of Campbelltown, Wellington, New Zealand, Farmer, and
CHARLES EDWARD DAHL, of Palmerston North, Wellington,
New Zealand, Tentmaker. An invention for a butter-mould,
to be known as "Suisted and Dahl's Champion Butter-
mould." (Specification, 2s.; drawings, 3s.)

lodged.

The date of acceptance of each application is given after
the number.
