Poor, broken land, lying between the Wairoa and Arapaoa Rivers; generally open, but small patches of bush in the gullies. Terms of lease, twenty-one years. Conditions of occupation may be seen at the Land Office, and at the Post-offices at Matakohe and Pahi.

Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid on fall of hammer, and the balance (with Crown-grant fee, £1) within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforth be null and void. In the case of the grazing-run one half-year’s rent shall be payable at close of the sale.

Otago Peninsula District: Section 53, Block III., about 437 acres; term, ten years from the 1st March, 1892; upset rental, £1 per annum; situated at Sandfly Bay, about eleven miles from Dunedin.

Possession of the foregoing run will be given on day of sale.
