Now, notice is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Mercer, Waikato, on Wednesday, the 9th day of September, 1891, to inquire into the several matters above mentioned, and to make such orders thereon as shall seem fit.

SCHEDULE.
No. 1. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 24 acres, more or less, situated in the Onewhero Survey District, and being Allotment No. 100 of the Parish of Onewhero. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment No. 97, 2955 links; towards the east by a line, 273 links; towards the south by the Opuatia Block, 1378, 1570, and 302 links; and towards the north-west by Allotment No. 97 aforesaid, 1357 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; excepting so much and such part of the land hereinbefore described as may be necessary for the making of a road or roads in, through, or over the said piece or parcel of land or any part thereof.
No. 2. All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 676 acres, more or less, and being Allotment No. 70 in the Parish of Onewhero and County of Rutland. Bounded towards the north-east by the Tawatawa Creek; thence by Allotment No. 71 341 and 294 links, and by a line 3546 links; towards the south-east by Allotments Nos. 8 and 14, 3473 links; thence by a road, 116 links; thence crossing the same road 116 links, and by a road 100 links wide 4599 links; towards the south-west by a line, 2587 links; thence crossing a road, 130 links; thence by a line, 580 links; towards the north-west by a line, 886 links; towards the west by a line, 1150 links; thence crossing a road, 111 links; again towards the south-west by a road of width aforesaid, 4287 links; thence crossing the same road, 100 links; thence by lines, 980, 2427, and 3840 links; and again towards the north-west by the Waikato River and by Tawatawa Creek aforesaid: intersected by roads.
Notice of Rehearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the rehearing as to Tahora No. 2 survey lien, ordered by the Chief Judge, and adjourned to a future sitting on the 7th March, 1891, at Gisborne, will be heard and determined by the Court sitting at Gisborne on the 16th day of September, 1891.

IN the matter of a decision of the Court given at Mercer on the 7th day of November, 1888, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Mata Tarapatiki in land known as Section 21, Parish of Pepepe, and in the matter of an application made by Hori Pumai and others for a rehearing of the said claim:
Whereas upon inquiry in open Court at Mercer on the 14th and 15th days of October, 1889, it was ordered by the Chief Judge that a rehearing of the said claim should be had at a time and place to be thereafter notified:
Notice is hereby given that such rehearing will be held at Mercer, on the 9th day of September, 1891, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Sitting of Court.—Te Putere.

WHEREAS on the 17th day of November, 1877, an order was made by the Court sitting at Te Wairoa, in Hawke’s Bay, for the issue of a memorial of the ownership of Raharuhi te Karaha and others of land situate at Te Wairoa aforesaid, and known by the name of Te Putere: And whereas the said Raharuhi te Karaha died on or about the 15th day of November, 1879, and an order was made by the Court on the 21st day of November, 1881, declaring that Miriama Tikotiko, Ri Paraone, Hiriata Taureke, Ripeka Hinehou, Mihaere Puketapu, Erana Puketapu, Tatiata Puketapu, Raiha Puketapu, and Harata Puketapu ought to succeed to the interest of the said Raharuhi te Karaha in the said land: And whereas the said land was subdivided by the Court on the 29th July, 1882, and orders made for the issue of certificates of title as to two parcels of the said land respectively, then named Te Putere and Te Putere No. 1 respectively: And whereas the names of five of the said successors to the said Raharuhi te Karaha have not been inserted in either of the said orders of the 29th day of July, 1882, namely, Hiriata Taureke, Mihaere Puketapu, Erana Puketapu, Raiha Puketapu, and Kaimoana Puketapu, and the names of Miriama Tikotiko and Ri Paraone have been treated as names of one and the same person, and inserted in the said orders of the 29th day of July, 1882, as Miriama Riparaone:
Notice is hereby given that at a sitting to be held at Gisborne on the 19th day of September, 1891, the Court will make inquiry into the said matters, and therein make such orders, amendments, or reports as to the Court may seem fit.
