Inquiry into the Sale of Lands.

Native Land Court Office, Gisborne, 30th July, 1891.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Judge of the Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, attend at the Courthouse, Gisborne, on Thursday, the 3rd day of September, 1891, and make inquiry into the sale of the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, and will report thereon to the Chief Judge as may seem fit.

Pourewa Block.

Native Land Court Office,
Gisborne, 29th July, 1891.

WHEREAS at a Court held at Tolago Bay on the 30th day of July, 1881, and following days, an order was made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Karauria Pahura and others should be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued when a proper survey should be made: And whereas notice has been given that the plan of such survey was deposited for inspection at the office of the Registrar of the Native Land Court, at Gisborne, on the 9th day of June, 1891:

Notice is hereby given that all objections made to the boundaries of the said block, as defined by the said plan, will be heard and determined at a sitting of the Court, to be held at Gisborne, on the 3rd day of September, 1891.

Now, notice is hereby given that the Court will, at Raglan, on the 21st day of August, 1891, proceed to hear the said application for probate, and give such decision thereon as to it shall seem fit.
