Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Rise and Shine Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a limited company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

  1. The name of the company is to be the Rise and Shine Gold-mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Merrijigs, in the County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand.

AT an extraordinary meeting of the Suffolk Brewery Company (Limited), held at the A1 Hotel, on the 26th June, 1891, the following resolution was passed unanimously: “That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. H.
