NOTICE is hereby given that a rehearing has been ordered by the Chief Judge, to be heard at such time and place as may be hereafter appointed, in respect of each of the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written.

SCHEDULE.

Okurupatu .. Partition. Rehearing ordered for the purpose of determining what persons, being members of the Ngatihikawera hapu, are entitled to a share or interest in the said land, and in what portions thereof respectively, subject to the following conditions :—
Ngawakaakupe .. Investigation of title .. 1. That Mohi te Atahikoa shall deposit with the Registrar of the Court, in Wellington, the sum of £20, as security for the costs of the rehearing, on or before the 1st day of September, 1891.
2. That Ataneta te Iho-o-terangi, Minewa Heremaia, Te Hoko Toki, and Ataria Punua shall not be admitted to give evidence in support of their respective claims for an increased share in the said land, unless they shall respectively deposit with the Registrar of the Court, at Wellington, the sum of £10, as security for the costs of the rehearing, on or before the 1st day of September, 1891.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 7th day of August, 1891, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Whanganui, 28th July, 1891.

WHEREAS at a sitting of the Native Land Court, held at Whanganui on the 17th day of May, 1886, and subsequent days, a decision of the Court was given respecting the above-named land, ordering the names of Eruini Akatarewa and others to be placed on the register as owners, and that certificates of their title should issue for the said land when a sufficient survey should have been made:

Notice is hereby given that the map of the said land will be open for inspection at the Native Land Court, at Whanganui, from the 3rd day of August, 1891, to the 17th day of August, 1891.

Any person objecting to the boundaries of the said land as shown upon the said map must send notice thereof, setting forth the grounds of objection, to the office of the Court, at Whanganui, on or before Monday, the 31st day of August next.

Objections will be considered and determined at a sitting of the Court, to be held at a time and place to be hereafter notified.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 9th day of September, 1891, for investigating the case mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said case, and having objections to the dealing, are hereby notified to attend.
