Hugh Garden Seth-Smith, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that on the 4th day of June, 1891, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.
And, further, that, apart from any other restrictions to which the said lands may be subject, dealings therewith ceased to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 14th day of July, 1891.

Notice is hereby given that at Kaihu, on the 9th day of September, 1891, the Court will proceed to hear the case afresh, and make new orders respecting the said land, upon the following applications for partition.

In the matter of a decision of the Native Land Court, given at Kaihu on the 20th day of February, 1889, declaring the Native owners of the several parts of the Mareikura Block lettered respectively from A to G, and in the matter of an application made by Hare Tutawake and others for a rehearing of part of the said land known as Moengawheke:
Whereas upon inquiry in open Court held at Kaihu on the 8th day of November, 1889, it was ordered by the Chief Judge that a rehearing upon such claim be had at a time and place to be thereafter notified, to determine whether Hare Tutawake is entitled to have his name included in the list of owners of that part of the said Mareikura Block which is called Moengawheke:
Now, notice is hereby given that such rehearing will be held at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 9th day of September, 1891, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.
