NOTICE is hereby given that the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Wellington, on the 30th day of July, 1891, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

IN the matter of an order of the Native Land Court, made the 21st day of October, 1889, declaring the Native owners of Kiripaka, and of an application made by Eru Nehua and others for a rehearing:
Whereas upon inquiry in open Court, held at Whangarei, on the 11th day of December, 1890, it was ordered by the Chief Judge that a rehearing as to the whole of the said land should be had, at a time and place to be notified:
Now, notice is hereby given that such rehearing will be had at Whangarei, on the 26th day of August, 1891, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

Inquiry as to the Alienation of Land.

Auckland, 6th July, 1891.
WHEREAS applications have been made, by the several persons whose names are set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto, that His Excellency the Governor be advised to consent to the alienation of the pieces of land the names whereof are set out in the second column of the said Schedule, by the Native owners thereof respectively, to one Samuel Rawnsley:
And whereas by an Order in Council made the 26th day of May, 1891, it was ordered and declared that it should be within the jurisdiction of the Native Land Court to inquire into the matter of the said transactions and all the circumstances attending the same, and particularly to inquire whether the said several Native owners have, and each of them has, apart from the said pieces of land, other land sufficient for his or their occupation and maintenance, and to report thereon to His Excellency the Governor, and to make such recommendation in respect thereof as the justice of the case may require:
Now, notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be opened at Whangarei, on the 26th day of August, 1891, the Court will proceed to inquire into the several matters brought within its jurisdiction as hereinbefore recited, and to make such report and recommendation thereon as to it may seem fit.
