Notice under "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888."

I, HUGH GARDEN SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, do hereby, in compliance with the duty imposed upon me by "The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Act, 1888," give notice that on the 4th day of June, 1891, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto became owned within the meaning of the said Act.

And, further, that, apart from any other restrictions to which the said lands may be subject, dealings therewith will cease to be prohibited by the provisions of the said Act on the 14th day of July, 1891.

Auckland, 10th June, 1891.

WHEREAS at a sitting of the Native Land Court, held at Taupo, on the 26th day of February, 1886, and subsequent days, a decision of the Court was given respecting the above-named land, ordering the names of Te Heuheu Tukino and others to be placed on the register as owners, and that certificates of their title should issue for parts of the said land when a sufficient survey should have been made:

Notice is hereby given that the map of the said land will be open for inspection at the Post Office, at Taupo, from the 20th day of June, 1891, to the 9th day of July, 1891; and that it will be open for inspection at the office of the Resident Magistrate, at Marton, from the 23rd day of July, 1891, to the 30th day of July, 1891.

Any person objecting to the boundaries of the said land as shown upon the said map must send notice thereof, setting forth the grounds of objection, to the office of the Court at Auckland, on or before Thursday, the 13th day of August next.
