VICTORIA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (NO LIABILITY).
NOTICE OF INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 28th day of April, 1891, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 20,000 new shares of 4s. each, in addition to the 100,000 shares now existing in the company deemed to be paid up to 1s. per share.

MAGNOLIA GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
I, the undersigned, Manager, hereby give notice that an increase in the capital of the above-named company was, on the 13th day of April, 1891, resolved on.
The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 35,000 new shares of £1 each, 2s. 9d. per share paid up, in addition to the 15,000 shares now existing in the company. Thirty thousand new shares to be allotted to the present shareholders, in the proportion of two new shares for every one old share, upon payment of 6d. per share, namely, 3d. per share on application and 3d. per share on allotment.
To carry out the above resolution the share-register will be closed from Tuesday, the 21st instant, to Saturday, the 25th instant, both days inclusive, after which date applications for the shares on the above terms will be received up to the 1st day of June, 1891.
