Time-tables shall be issued for the New Zealand Government railways at intervals of not more than three months; they shall be published under the authority of the New Zealand Railway Commissioners; such time-tables shall be subject to suspension or alteration from time to time, particulars of which shall be notified by advertisement in some newspaper circulating in the district, or by placards at the chief stations where such suspension or alteration operates.
The Railway Commissioners will not be responsible for loss or damages for delay in the transit of passengers arising from any such suspension or alteration.
The common seal of the New Zealand Railway Commissioners was hereunto affixed, this first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one, in the presence of

Additional Land taken in Wellington Harbour for Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway.
A NOTIFICATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Napier Railway, to take further land in the Wellington Harbour, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, we, the New Zealand Railway Commissioners, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on us by “The Government Railways Act, 1887,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling us in that behalf, do hereby notify and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situate in Wellington Harbour, in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing 22 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less, adjoining the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company’s reclamation, as shown tinted pink on plan marked P.W.D. 16469, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railway Commissioners at Wellington.
Given under the common seal of the New Zealand Railway Commissioners, at Wellington, this first day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.
