NOTICE is hereby given that a rehearing has been ordered by the Chief Judge, to be heard at such time and place as may be hereafter appointed, in respect of each of the several matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting with an Assessor, in open Court at Greytown North, on the 19th day of May, 1891, will, hear and determine upon the several applications for rehearing mentioned in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are required to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

  2. Application received the 15th day of July, 1890, made by Matina Ruta and others, for a rehearing upon the partition of the Okurupatu Block.

  3. Application received the 30th day of July, 1890, made by Wainohu H. H. te Huki, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Patukawa Block.

  4. Application received the 29th day of August, 1890, made by Taare Ruka and another, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Tipua Mapunatea Block.

  5. Application received the 13th day of November, 1890, made by Paraone Pahoro, for a rehearing upon the partition of the Okurupatu Block.

  6. Application received the 9th day of December, 1890, made by Wi Whatakorari, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Ngawaka-a-kupe Block.

  7. Application received the 15th day of December, 1890, made by Eruera Turei Rangitakaiwaho, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Ngawaka-a-kupe Block.

  8. Application received the 30th day of January, 1891, made by Manuera Ngatuere and others, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Ngawaka-a-kupe Block.

  9. Application received the 19th day of February, 1891, made by Atareta te Iho-o-te-rangi and others, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Ngawaka-a-kupe Block.

  10. Application received the 7th day of March, 1891, made by Te Hoko Toki, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Ngawaka-a-kupe Block.

  11. Application received the 6th day of March, 1891, made by Harata Mikaera, for a rehearing upon the decision of the Court declaring the Native owners of the Rangataua Block.
